I Have a Floor Plan From a Magazine.  Can You Draw it For Me?
Yes!  It is very common for a home plan set to originate from a magazine image, with customer requested customization to make the home unique.

How Much Should I Budget For Construction?                  Construction costs vary widely based on the features of the building, the size of the building, site work, soil conditions and landscaping...just to name a few.  Nevertheless, it is typical to see buildings constructed for $135 to $220 per square foot.  Renovation costs can vary widely as well based on the area of the building considered for renovation, but can be at least as costly as new home construction.

How Long Does it Take to Get a Set of Drawings?
A set of drawings can be prepared in as little as three weeks.  The level of detail required for your project will dictate the amount of time that must be spent to make everything just right.  

How Much Do You Charge?   
The pricing for the work you will need is determined on a case by case basis. It is not our policy to charge a single rate for all of the various project types undertaken. Instead, a price is custom tailored to the work that your project will require. This ensures that you receive the best value for your money.  As a "worst case" scenario budget ten percent of the construction cost. We offer hourly rates or lump-sum pricing to suit your preferences. Contact us for more information.
